Ingredients:
12 oz Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, drained
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 oz Bittersweet Mini Chocolate Chips
Pinch of Cinnamon
1 tbsp Diced Candied Fruits, optional
1 pkg Bellino Traditional Mini Cannoli Shells (12 pk)
BELLINO CHOCOLATE CHIP MINI CANNOLI
In a large bowl, carefully mix the ricotta cheese and confectioner’s sugar. Add the vanilla, chocolate chips, cinnamon and candied fruit, if desired. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 hour. For easy filling, place cannoli cream in a piping bag or a zip lock bag with the corner cut off. Fills approximately 12 Bellino Mini Cannoli Shells.
