Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

  • Some items (e.g. personal care products, custom or final sale items) are non-returnable

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lianstyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1โ€“2 business days.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item)

  • If the item was received damaged or defective, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery


Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us at support@lianstyle.com with your order details and photos of the issue.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank or credit card account

  • Then contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary)
