All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs for international orders.

3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and chosen method. Carrier selection is based on best delivery speed and cost-efficiency.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Lian Style Corp is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship it.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and any relevant details.

  • For damaged items, please include clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
